Fully transparent, top-of-market compensation. Our Partners keep most of the collected revenue for what they originate. There are no billable-hour targets, and our Partners do not subsidize overhead for other colleagues. The Firm uses a proprietary compensation algorithm.
A fully remote environment for true flexibility. We have no face time expectation. Our secure, custom technology platform minimizes non-billable administrative work, so lawyers can focus on practicing law. The Partnership meets several times per year at retreats and networking events; our Partners see one another frequently at clients, conferences, in court, and when entertaining.
Collaboration without bureaucracy. Partners work together in teams across practices and geographies under a clear, consistently applied handbook, without the policies of traditional law firms. The compensation system breeds collaboration and collegiality.
Top talent. We hire senior lawyers from the world’s top law firms. Our Partners have trained at almost every AmLaw50 firm, as well as at prominent boutiques and specialist practices across Law360 400-ranked firms. Our lawyers are ranked in Chambers, Legal 500, and other leading directories.
Best-in-class technology. Our tech-forward practice uses Harvey AI, DeepJudge, Clio, and other legal tech tools, from document review and research to drafting. This shortens turnaround time, sharpens analysis, and lets our Partners practice at the top of the profession.
Actively Seeking
Junior Partners (5-7 years experience)
Partners (more than 8 years experience)
Must have experience practicing in a large law firm environment (Am Law, Magic/Silver Circle, or Law360-ranked firm), boutique firms, federal and state government, or senior in-house roles.
Must be admitted in at least one jurisdiction
Have a minimum portable book commensurate with their practice
